PREVIEW: DONINGTON PARK SPRING TROPHY 30-31 MAY

Entries for the HSCC Spring Trophy at Donington Park on 30-31 May have been strong across all series and championships, with three weeks still to go before entries close.
With demand still increasing, the club are currently reviewing the timetable to maximise track time and, to accommodate as many competitors as possible, we will utilise both the Grand Prix and National circuits.
The HSCC Spring Trophy at Donington Park will have a genuine festival atmosphere so keep the entries coming and we will make sure all competitors have a great weekend.
The Guards Trophy and 70s & Historic Roadsports Championships have reached maximum grids. The Formula Ford Championships are also building strongly, with anticipated grids now into the 30s, while all entries continue to rise.
The grid for the Alfa Romeo & Italian Intermarque championship is now up to 35 entries. The Derek Bell Trophy already includes twelve Formula 2 and Formula Atlantic cars. Thundersports will be back with a bang with 15 entries so far confirmed including four Lolas, three Chevrons, two Harriers, a delightful Osella PA2 and the ground shaking March 717 of Richard Dodkins.
Also on the programme are the Super 60s grid from Holland, plus Calm Porsche and BMW grids from the 750MC all the signs are this is shaping up to be another terrific weekend of historic motorsport.
